5. Working Hours & Attendance
Official hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.
Punctuality and consistent attendance are mandatory.
Remote or hybrid work may be allowed only with prior management approval.
All employees must log attendance through the official HR system.

6. Dress Code
As part of our unique brand identity:
Employees are encouraged to wear Black, White, or Monochrome attire.
Dress neatly and professionally — simplicity defines our style.

Any violation must be immediately reported to the HR department.
Confidentiality will be maintained at all times during investigations.

9. Leave Policy
Annual Leave: 12 working days
Sick Leave: 6 working days
Casual Leave: 6 working days
Leave applications must be approved in advance through the HR portal.
Extended medical leave may require documentation from a certified practitioner.

10. Use of Company Property
Company assets (devices, data, systems) must be used responsibly and only for official purposes.
Misuse or damage to company property may result in disciplinary action.

11. Social Media & Brand Representation
Employees represent Blacksandwhite Pvt. Ltd. both inside and outside the workplace.

Do not disclose confidential information or unreleased designs/products.
Only authorized personnel may post official company updates or marketing material.

12. Disciplinary Actions
Violation of company policies may lead to:

3. Termination (for repeated or serious offenses)
